Garrett began his career in solar a decade ago, working as an installer for Solar City/Tesla in the Phoenix metro area. During his first year, Garrett was promoted twice and was on his way to a successful career. Garrett was called for a better opportunity after four years of working as a leader for Solar City/Tesla. Garrett became the general crew manager for one of the largest solar companies in the country. He was responsible for 12 installation teams, day in and day out. Garrett received his electrical contractor's license and started Dynamic Solar & Electrical. Over the past few years, he has grown his company and continues to perform quality installs.
